In charge of the European pricing experts representation towards the WW HP IT organization working on the development of a new pricing tool to support the Enterprise Pay Per Use program (Printing services for corporate enterprises). Responsibilities included functional requirement gathering, communication & integration of them in the tool, facilitation of meeting between IT and Business organizations, testing, user training & reporting to the IPSO European management.

Conducted & presented to the management team a study on the feasibility of the PPU program deployment leveraging the Direct model.

Acting as the pricing expert for the design and the management of a Microsoft Excel based pricing tool development dedicated to HP channel partners, to support the new Smart Printing Services program (Small & medium business printing services). The tools had to allow resellers to generate offers/contracts in HP's name for their own customers in an autonomous manner but still in securing HP's interest. Responsibilities included project management, functional requirement gathering, pricing policy definition, design, development, testing, business country champs training/support & demonstration to HP partners (end-users).
